Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Strategy & Leadership
- Own end-to-end QA strategy across B2B authentication systems and consumer applications
- Define testing standards, release governance and risk-based testing frameworks
- Establish automation-first QA practices
- Create structured regression, performance and security testing pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps to ensure quality at every stage of the SDLC

- Design load testing strategies for high-volume authentication traffic
- Simulate concurrent login bursts, token generation spikes and OTP validation surges
- Use tools such as JMeter / k6 / Gatling
- Identify system bottlenecks and optimise for scalability
- Validate system behaviour under peak stress conditions
5. Enterprise Observability & APM Monitoring
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement enterprise-grade APM and observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic)
- Monitor authentication latency, error rates, API response times and infrastructure health
- Define SLAs and SLOs aligned with banking-grade expectations
