Standards: you have worked hands-on with EN 9100 / AS9100, ISO 9001 or AQAP 2110/2210, and you know what an audit really demands. Methods: you are fluent in the toolkit: 8D, root cause analysis, FMEA, first article inspection, inspection plans and measurement equipment. Mindset: you like building the system, not inheriting it. You are comfortable in a fast-moving start up where the process does not exist yet, and you have the backbone to stop a shipment when the evidence is missing. Language skills: English and German are required Nice to haves Defense exposure: experience with defense or dual-use programs, NATO requirements or customer quality representatives. Auditor qualification: certification as internal auditor or lead auditor (EN 9100, ISO 9001). Serial production: experience scaling from prototype to serial production of complex hardware systems.
