DUTIES: - Manage staff and functional test of inkjet cartridges - Accurately control document system and have ISO 9000 experience - Generate summaries and develop testing protocols - Control failure analysis and corrective action plans - Flexibility to perform other duties as required QUALITIES: - Good Attitude and Team Oriented - Works well within a large team - Must learn quickly and react appropriately to the requirements of the position - Self motivated and focused on constant improvement - Flexibility to perform multiple tasks - Excellent communication skills - Be able to stand for extended periods of time - Be able to lift boxes of 20 lbs.
