Quality Inspector Pay: $17.00–$21.00/hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 AM–2:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting products throughout the production process to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow inspection procedures, and experience working in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts and finished products. Verify products meet quality standards, specifications, and tolerances. Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment. Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation. Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Follow all safety procedures and quality management standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and quality specifications is preferred. Experience using precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and documentation skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
