Quality Manager- Iraq

- Develop and implement the Quality policies, procedures, and standards.- Ensure compliance with local requirements and international quality standards.- Montior Service and operational quality and key performance indicators.- Lead internal quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.- Prepare quality reports and recommend corrective actions.- Promote a strong quality culture across the organization. - Monitor customer and employee satisfaction.- Support the implementation of ISO standards and quality management systems. Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related filed. - 5-10 years of experience in quality management.- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Internal audits, and quality management systems. - Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.

Requirements
