Quantity Surveyor

We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects in 9 different European Countries, equating to over 320MW of IT load in flight.Due to continued expansion as a direct result of winning new business, we are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.Requirements· Supervise the procurement of packages ensuring technical completion.· Monitor sub-contractor and supplier payments and sub-contractor variations.· Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director.· Manage relevant client communications.· Document and cost changes to the work scopes and prepare the monthly valuations and final accounts.Benefits· 5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential, preferably within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment.· Data Centre experience would be a significant advantage.· Relevant level 8 degree.· Excellent organisational and time management skills.Winthrop Technologies SRL are an equal opportunities employer
