Job description

Key Responsibilities Support the maintenance and project teams by providing quantity surveying and cost management services for facilities maintenance, repair, and improvement works. Review, evaluate, and verify contractors' quotations, Schedule of Rates (SOR), and pricing to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and value for money. Conduct cost assessments and provide recommendations to support procurement and contract administration. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline from a recognised institution accredited by the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV). Minimum of five (5) years of relevant quantity surveying experience, preferably in facilities management, maintenance, or building projects. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and price evaluation for maintenance and project works.
