How You’ll Make an Impact Plan, implement and deliver new technology and product developments for dry-type transformers. Lead product development efforts with focus on quality, timelines and technical excellence. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and schedules are met. Establish effective communication plans and manage change requests. Promote the dry-type transformer portfolio internally and externally. Provide market insights and proposals for future developments. Develop and expand relationships with stakeholders, universities and partners. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background Degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience in Project Management (required). PMI/PMBOK certification (a plus). Advanced English (required); Spanish (a plus). Knowledge of MS Project and Office. Knowledge of transformers (a plus).
