Job description
Requirements: Support global mineral processing and quarry operations through technical expertise, process optimization, and innovation Work closely with operations, geology, mining, and engineering teams to improve plant performance, evaluate mineral deposits, and implement new processing technologies Support the commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting of mineral processing plants Conduct process audits and identify opportunities for operational improvement Evaluate new technologies and developing business cases for process enhancements Manage laboratory and pilot-scale testing programs and collaborating with external partners Support technical and R&D projects across the organization. Qualifications: Master's degree in Mineral Processing, Mining Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mineral processing, mining, or process engineering; experience in plant commissioning and optimization is a plus Strong understanding of mineral processing technologies, including crushing, screening, sorting, and separation processes Fluent in English, any additional language is an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of managing projects independently.
