We seek smart, driven individuals eager to innovate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ## **What You Will Be Doing:** The RCM Claim Status Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining up to date claim adjudication statuses from payers. **Key Responsibilities** - **Pending Claims Resolution:** Obtain claim status from payer portals for pending claims in the billing system - **Pending A/R Resolution:** Determine payment amount for pending claims - **Additional Responsibilities:** Adapt and take on evolving responsibilities and projects as Finni Health grows and the RCM landscape changes. ## **About You:** You are a proactive and collaborative individual contributor with a strong background in revenue cycle management, driven by a commitment to operational excellence and financial performance. - 1-3 years of experience working at a healthcare organization or behavioral health setting - Experience navigating payer portals such as Availity - High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - High proficiency working with spreadsheets - Google suite and Slack Ready to make a significant impact at a rapidly growing healthcare startup?
