Scale Tech, a software development agency based in Vilnius, is hiring for their client — a fast-growing company, serving clients in the identity verification and compliance space. Working method: Fully remote. Contract term: 4–6 months. (b2b) Hiring process: One interview with the Development Team Lead. Hourly rate: 28–35 EUR/hour, depending on relevant experience. ### What you'll do: - Build and maintain high-quality, user-facing features for the product - Translate design requirements into scalable, reusable components - Participate in code reviews and continuously refactor and improve existing code - Work against a clear roadmap and acceptance criteria alongside the Frontend Lead ### What makes you a great fit: - 3+ years of professional experience with React.js - Experience building consumer-facing solutions - Knowledge of design patterns and clean code principles - Good English skills - macOS as your working environment ### Bonus points: - Experience with TypeScript - Experience with automated testing ### What's offered: - Fully remote work - Clear roadmap and acceptance criteria — minimal micromanagement - Real product impact on an identity verification / compliance platform
