We are seeking a Real Estate Viewing Specialist to join our Sales Team and help expand our operations in Athens/Attica. The role relates to the 'Property Viewings and Inspections' service, showcasing properties through in-person tours, gaining exposure to clients in the real estate sector.Responsibilities:Conduct scheduled property viewings for prospective buyers, ensuring a professional and informative experience;Offer professional guidance and highlight key features of each property based on provided scripts;Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner ensuring compliance with company policies;Provide detailed feedback to Uniko RMs on the potential interest generated by each viewing;Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all activities within their area of responsibility;Ability to prepare a broker’s opinion of value upon request;Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.RequirementsValid driving license (Category B);Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;A proactive and customer-focused mindset;Strong time management and ability to follow tight time schedule;A bachelor's degree or equivalent certification is appreciated but not mandatory;Familiarity with real estate processes is required. We are seeking a Real Estate Viewing Specialist to join our Sales Team and help expand our operations in Athens/Attica. The role relates to the 'Property Viewings and Inspections' service, showcasing properties through in-person tours, gaining exposure to clients in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled property viewings for prospective buyers, ensuring a professional and informative experience;
• Offer professional guidance and highlight key features of each property based on provided scripts;

Requirements

• Valid driving license (Category B);
