Receiver Dubs Cafe Worker Administrative Support Worker - UNC-Wilmington

Job Description The Receiver Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs This individual closely works with the location manager to ensure that products are ordered, logged, and reported in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities • Responsible for performing administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies. • Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, payroll, receiving, and/or human resources including filing, data entry, record review and maintenance, etc. • Enter date and orders processed through PRIMA • Order inventory at Dubs Cafe. Lift up to 50lbs and unload trucks with food and supplies. • Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
