Learn more at . ## About This Role We are seeking an experienced **Contract Recruiter** to support high-priority hiring initiatives over a six-month engagement. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and People leadership to deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and efficient hiring experience. Candidates with experience recruiting in sustainability, climate, or mission-driven organizations are strongly preferred. ### Key Responsibilities - Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake through offer and close. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles. - Proactively source and engage diverse talent using multiple channels (Lever, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). - Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational values. - Manage candidate experience with clear, timely, and respectful communication. - Track and report on hiring progress, pipeline health, and key metrics. - Support employer branding efforts and continuous improvement of recruiting processes. ### Requirements - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments. - Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet tight timelines. - Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. - Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools. - Ability to work East Coast hours. ### Nice to Have - Experience recruiting technical, operations, or leadership roles. - Background in startups, nonprofits, or purpose-driven companies. - Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and DEI-focused recruiting strategies. - Experience recruiting for sustainability, climate, environmental, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
