In addition, we may have you lean into other aspects of the talent acquisition process, such as: - Review applications and surface qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers. - Support sourcing efforts by identifying talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms. - Contribute to special TA projects that improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes. ### **OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE** - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, ideally entering junior or senior year. - Able to work on-site at our American Fork headquarters 30+ hours per week for the duration of the internship. - Strong track record of past success in academics, extracurriculars, and/or work experience. - Organized, detail-obsessed, and able to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency. - Strong communicator with a naturally warm, professional tone in both written and verbal interactions. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where no two days are the same. - Curious, proactive, and excited to lean in wherever the team needs support. - Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, systems, and processes. - Passionate about people, talent, and building great teams. **BENEFITS** We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew’s health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office. Full-time benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO. ***LVT IS PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.*** *All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
