LaBella Associates is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires in your designated divisions. You will have a deep understanding of the requirements for these roles and will be responsible for creating job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and contacting potential candidates to determine their fit. Additionally, you will work closely with regional HRBPs to support regional recruiting efforts and collaborate with Division Directors to identify and prioritize recruitment needs.You will also be the main point of contact for onboarding new hires in the designated divisions. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with data entry preferred Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter preferred. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Management, or other relevant degree

- 2 - 5 years of experience involving recruiting and onboarding
