You'll help us build relevant, high-quality talent pipelines, move candidates effectively through the recruitment process, build trusted relationships with our stakeholders and deliver successful hires while creating a strong candidate experience. Over time, you'll also have opportunities to take ownership of broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and contribute to how we evolve our recruitment capability across the region. ## Why Capco? You'll join a collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to: - Work closely with business leaders and experienced recruitment professionals. - Recruit across diverse financial-services and consulting domains. - Gain exposure to regional hiring and talent markets across Asia. - Take meaningful ownership rather than operating within a narrowly defined recruitment process. - Contribute ideas and help improve how we source, assess and engage talent. - Develop your career as Capco's business and Talent Acquisition capability continue to evolve. If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys being **hands-on, commercially minded and close to both candidates and the business**, we'd love to hear from you.
