- Report and escalate projects to Recruitment Managers as needed
C - CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT
- Keep candidates warm by providing updates on job postings
- Inform candidates about the results of their assessments/interviews
D - CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Build rapport with the clients and develop long-term client relationships
- Present shortlisted candidates to the clients
- Make arrangements/scheduling candidates with the client POC for Hiring manager’s interview
- Closely coordinate with partners/clients regarding status updates of the candidates and making recommendations to hiring managers
E - INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter with full end-to-end recruitment responsibility
- Mandatory experience recruiting for UK clients
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring roles within the mortgage industry, including:
- Mortgage Brokers
- Credit Analysts
- Loan Processors
- Parabrokers
- Strong client management experience, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and build long-term relationships
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
- Experience working in or supporting an Australian recruitment agency is highly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Familiarity with Australian hiring practices, recruitment processes, and market expectations
