Residency Program Outline The Redeemer Christian Church Residency is a two-year training plan designed to help potential ministers clarify their calling and receive practical, hands-on training and theological equipping in and among the church body. Here is the program's outline and objectives: Two-year Commitment Includes directed reading and discipleship, shadowing, training, and ministry opportunities Requires support-raising with and through Reliant Mission Ideal for college students, college grads, and seminary students Seminary support available for qualified applicants Most roles open to men and women Residency Job Description Assigned Reading with Executive Pastor Shadowing, Training, and Ministry Opportunities with Ministry Directors Fundraising with Reliant Ministries Inclusion in monthly all-staff meetings, schedule permitting Inclusion in ministry team meetings (e.g. generational/youth/kids, worship, college, gospel community)
