Job description

Welcome to Glovo’s Referral Talent Pool! 🚀 Building the ultimate delivery and technology ecosystem requires exceptional talent. This pipeline connects standout professionals directly with upcoming opportunities across Glovo. We are always looking for people who embody our core values—individuals who take ownership, act fast, keep it humble, deep dive into data, raise the bar, and bring good vibes. Even when a specific role isn’t open today, entering this Talent Pool provides a head start before positions hit the public careers page. 💡 Location: Although this listing defaults to Barcelona, Glovo welcomes talent open to work or located across any Glovo country. Talent is actively matched with opportunities across both local teams and global regions! How It Works 🎯 Completing the Profile: After submission, an email invitation from SmartRecruiters will be sent to complete the candidate profile and screening questions. Filling these out ensures our Hiring team has all necessary details. Proactive Matching: Profiles in this pool are actively monitored by the Talent Acquisition team. While an initial HR screening isn't scheduled immediately upon joining, our team reaches out directly to book an interview as soon as a matching position opens up. ✨ Together, we keep the bar high and continue building the ultimate Talent House! 💬 Questions or doubts?
