Assist in the development and implementation of new products and features. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Prior experience in technical support or field service role within the refrigeration industry. Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required.
