Job Description We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dedicated account serving retail locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. This position offers weekly home time, dedicated freight, and additional compensation for unloading and backhaul assignments. Drivers on this account unload freight using a roller system at customer locations. Schedule Home weekly with a 34-hour reset Average 1,500 miles per week Average 1-6 delivery stops per trailer Regional routes Operating Area Drivers primarily operate throughout: Virginia North Carolina Washington, DC Pennsylvania New Jersey Ohio West Virginia Compensation $0.60-$0.73 CPM (based on experience) Average weekly earnings: $1,725-$2,200 $250 unload pay per trailer $35 backhaul pay $125 weekly incentive for completing three unloads Additional pay for qualifying deliveries into New York City boroughs Sign-on bonus available for qualified applicants Job Responsibilities Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely Deliver dry van freight to retail locations Unload freight using a roller system Complete required inspections and electronic logs Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies Qualifications Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience Must be at least 21 years of age Must be authorized to work in the United States Must meet DOT qualification requirements Benefits Weekly pay Paid orientation Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) About ASB Freight Co.: ASB Freight Co. is a family-operated logistics company built on reliability, safety, and driver-focused values.
