Regional CDL-A Home Weekly Driver - 100% No Touch Freight

Spend less time waiting at docks and more time earning. We are seeking Class A CDL drivers for a high-efficiency Southwest regional lane. This operation is 100% no-touch freight and features a 70% drop & hook ratio to keep your wheels moving and your weekly checks consistent. Pay & Benefits Weekly Average: $1,250 - $1,500 (W2 position) Mileage Guarantee: You are paid CPM on every single mile—loaded or empty. Delay Pay: $20/hour for detention and mechanical breakdowns. Time Off: Paid vacation + 8 paid holidays per year. Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Retirement: 401(k) with match up to $2,000. Schedule & Fleet Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34–48 hour reset (typically out 5–5.5 days). The Trucks: Premium, assigned newer models (Freightliner, Kenworth, International). Take-Home: Truck can be taken home during your weekly reset where applicable. Hiring Requirements Minimum 6 months of recent verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience. Clean enough MVR/Background to meet DOT requirements (DUI & felony history reviewed case-by-case). SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.
