Job Type: Full-Time Home Weekly Class A Driver – Memphis Regional Looking for consistent regional freight without staying out for weeks at a time? We’re currently hiring Class A CDL drivers for a Memphis-area regional fleet offering weekly home time, 100% no-touch freight, and approximately 1,800 miles per week . Drivers run primarily throughout the Southwest and return home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience required. What You Can Expect Home weekly for a 34-hour reset Approximately 1,800 miles per week 100% no-touch freight 50–60% drop and hook 40–50% live unload Consistent regional operation Late-model equipment Sign-on bonus available Pay & Additional Earnings Mileage pay is based on experience: $0.54–$0.60 CPM Top-performing regional drivers can earn $1,450+ per week . Additional pay opportunities include: $12.50/hour detention pay after 2 hours, or higher where required by law $100/day layover or breakdown pay, or higher where required by law Short-haul minimum pay Performance-based mileage bonus Short-Haul Minimum Pay Qualifying customer pickup and delivery loads are subject to the following minimum pay: 0–50 miles: $100 51–100 miles: $120 101–150 miles: $140 151–200 miles: $160 201–250 miles: $180 251–300 miles: $200 301+ miles: Regular driver CPM rate Short-haul minimum pay applies to loads picked up and delivered at customer locations. Terminal transfers and repowers do not qualify for the full minimum pay. Minimum pay for split orders is paid with the second half of the load. Regional Running Area Approximately 80% of this fleet operates throughout the Southwest, including: West Tennessee Mississippi Louisiana Arkansas Oklahoma Texas Depending on freight, drivers may also operate as far north as Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois and as far east as Tennessee, Alabama, northern Georgia, Kentucky, and southern Ohio. Performance Bonus Opportunity Drivers can earn up to an additional $0.03 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity. Eligibility begins with the first full month after hire. Drivers must remain active company drivers at the time of payout and meet applicable program requirements. Equipment Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors . Trainer Program Drivers with additional OTR experience may qualify for the trainer program after meeting company eligibility requirements. While actively training a student, trainers can receive: $250 additional weekly trainer pay Additional $0.05 CPM on all miles over 1,875 per week Up to $400 Safe Student Bonus per student upgrade Potential for $20,000+ in additional annual earnings Additional weekly trainer pay examples: 1,875 miles — $343.75 2,000 miles — $350 2,500 miles — $375 3,000 miles — $400 The $250 weekly trainer pay still applies while actively training when the driver does not exceed 1,875 miles.
