Your hospital portfolio will generally include approximately 12 priority locations at a time. Assignments may change quarterly based on business needs and where dedicated Marketing support can create the greatest impact. ## **What Success Looks Like** You'll be successful in this role when hospitals see you as a trusted, proactive Marketing partner—not simply someone who provides resources. You'll help turn Marketing strategy into action, identify opportunities before you're asked, ensure initiatives get across the finish line, and use performance insights to continuously improve results. Most importantly, you'll help our hospitals become more visible in their communities, strengthen the client experience, and drive sustainable growth. ## **Benefits:** - 401(k) + matching - Health, Dental, and Vision insurance - Flexible spending account or Health savings account - Life insurance - Paid time off - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Employee veterinary care discount - Flexible Hybrid work schedule - Professional development assistance - Veterinary medical benefits for pets at hospitals in the Lakefield family. **ABOUT LAKEFIELD VETERINARY GROUP** We believe exceptional veterinary care starts with exceptional people.
