Regional People Partner - Europe Major Markets

Job description

**Diversity matters** We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future. We see you, we celebrate you, we want you! **Who we are** You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good. The Living Wage Foundation’s statement 'a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay' is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone. Want to see where a career at Lush could take you? Head over [here](https://weare.lush.com/lush-life/our-company/we-are-retail/) to explore real stories of growth and development across the business. Lush is committed to pay transparency and equal pay for equal work or work of equal value. Pay decisions are made objectively based on role scope, geographic market data, experience, and capability, without regard to gender or protected characteristics. **Role overview:** Develop meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships between people practices and commercial business success across our European major markets. Engage with regional leaders, country managers, and business partners. Deliver change and transformation, taking the lead in people related projects with a broad and objective view of the impact across diverse business areas and geographies within the region. This role involves direct line management and leadership of People Leads across our European entities. Driving regional alignment, operational consistency, and team development. You will utilise sound knowledge of Lush people principles and best practices, working collaboratively and proactively with other members of the global and regional people team on cross functional projects, in support of colleagues doing their best work across multiple markets. **Office Location:** This role will support our colleagues in France, Germany, Italy and Spain and ideally you're main location of work will be Paris, Berlin, Milan or Madrid. **Business Travel:** As this role will be supporting France, Germany, Italy and Spain, travelling will be a requirement. **Please note: We may close this vacancy early if we receive an overwhelming response or our business requirements change.**
