Just as importantly, you’ll be a leader of people. You’ll coach and develop the team, establish clear expectations and accountability, recognize and grow talent, and create an environment where strong sales professionals can succeed. You’ll also be a visible presence with our customers and in the market, building executive relationships, supporting strategic opportunities, identifying new areas for growth, and helping customers understand the value Zadara can bring to their business. Success will require strong partnership across the global organization. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Channel and Strategic Partnerships, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and other teams to create opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver a seamless experience throughout the sales cycle. ### What you bring You are an experienced B2B technology sales leader who has successfully grown revenue, developed sales teams, and built lasting enterprise customer relationships.
