The company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to help elevate sales performance and drive continued growth across the organization. About the Position The Regional Sales Manager will provide leadership and strategic direction to sales and market development initiatives across the organization. This position will work closely with regional and branch leadership to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen customer engagement, and support the achievement of growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who knows how to develop people, translate strategy into action, and build strong relationships across an organization. Key Responsibilities Lead sales and market development initiatives across the organization. Partner with regional teams to achieve sales and growth objectives. Develop and deliver machine sales training and development programs. Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness, processes, and operational performance. Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals and emerging leaders. Collaborate with branch and regional leadership to implement strategic initiatives. Strengthen customer engagement and sales strategies throughout the assigned region. Help establish best practices that drive consistent sales performance and long-term growth. Requirements Proven experience leading sales teams and driving business growth. Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong business acumen with excellent sales and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members. Ability to take broad strategic objectives and translate them into measurable action. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience within construction equipment, heavy equipment, industrial, or related B2B sales environments is highly valued.
