Your mission Hello and welcome to Sungrow UK! We are looking for a relationship-driven service professional to help our strategic customers succeed across the renewable energy landscape. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in: Build and develop trusted relationships with strategic customers, including IPPs, EPCs, and project developers. Drive business growth by supporting sales activities for PV and energy storage projects. Coordinate high-quality service delivery across internal teams and customer stakeholders. Ensure a positive customer experience by proactively managing expectations, priorities, and follow-up actions. Support negotiations for warranties, service agreements, and other commercial arrangements. Monitor market developments and identify new opportunities to strengthen key account partnerships. To thrive in this role and enjoy a long-term journey with us, your background could look like this: You hold a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. You bring experience from the renewable energy sector, ideally in PV, BESS, or a comparable technical environment. You communicate confidently with commercial and technical stakeholders and enjoy building lasting partnerships. You have strong negotiation skills and can balance customer needs with business priorities. You are comfortable coordinating projects, managing multiple priorities, and bringing people together. You are willing to travel frequently across the UK and as needed for customer engagement. You have English language skills at C1 level. Why us?
