Job Type: Full-Time About the Position We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position operating throughout the Southwest. This position offers weekly home time, no-touch freight, and consistent regional routes. Drivers will haul dry van freight while operating a combination of drop-and-hook and live delivery loads. Schedule Regional routes throughout the Southwest Home weekly with a 34-hour reset Average 2,240+ miles per week Pay $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty) Safety incentive opportunities available Additional $0.01 CPM for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (endorsement not required) Driver Pay Protection Program available Weekly pay via direct deposit Freight Information Dry van trailers No-touch freight Primarily drop-and-hook loads Daily Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle Transport customer freight within the assigned operating area Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain electronic logs and trip documentation Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies Minimum Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience Must be at least 21 years of age Must meet DOT qualification requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits Paid orientation Weekly pay Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Additional Hiring Information Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered if all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program.
