We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. **About the Role** As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision - Collect and record accurate session data - Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals - Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education **Qualifications** - Current **RBT Certification** (required) - Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) - Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred) - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required) - Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred) - A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial) **What We Offer** - Competitive pay: $18-25 per hour - Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible employees) - Consistent daytime schedule (Monday–Friday) - Career growth opportunities within a supportive organization - Ongoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs - Company-provided iPad **Background Check** All candidates must pass a background check.
