**Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based | $22-$26/hr | Albuquerque – North Valley** Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? We’re currently hiring a **Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** for a **school-based position in Albuquerque’s North Valley**. This role offers **weekday morning hours**, with the opportunity to pick up **in-home hours** during the summer if desired. This position is a great fit for someone currently in graduate school or working toward becoming a BCBA (student analyst). ### What You’ll Do: - Provide **in-person ABA therapy** to children in a **school setting** - Follow treatment plans developed by a **Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** - Collect and record behavior data during each session - Participate in team meetings to collaborate and share progress updates - Optional opportunity to provide **additional in-home services** based on your comfort and availability ### Schedule: - **Monday–Friday**, **8:00am-1:45pm** - Optional **in-home hours during summer months** ### What You’ll Need: - **RBT Certification** (required before working with clients) - Proof of completion of a **40-hour Behavior Technician training course** - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience working with children (especially those with special needs) is preferred - **Experience working in a school setting is a plus** - Reliable transportation - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain active postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor, etc.) ### What We Offer: - **$22-$26 per hour** (based on experience and qualifications) - Supportive, team-based work environment - Opportunity to grow within a mission-driven organization ### Who We Are At **Finni Health**, we believe therapy should be fun, engaging, and meaningful.
