What You'll Do: - Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes or community settings. - Follow treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills. - Collect data during therapy sessions to track progress. - Work closely with families and your BCBA to support each child's success. - Keep accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA. Qualifications: - Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification if required). - Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred. - Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills. - Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client homes. - Ability to pass a background check.
