Join our team of passionate, dedicated, and collaborative RDs. ### **Open Positions** **Registered Dietitian, Full-time Hourly** - **Hours per week:** 32-40 - **Required Availability**: A minimum of 35 hrs of availability/week **Registered Dietitian, Part-time Hourly** - **Hours per week:** 20-29 - **Required Availability:** A minimum of 23 hrs of availability/week **Registered Dietitian, Part-time Hourly Evenings and Weekends** - **Hours per week:** 16-29 - **Required Availability:** A minimum of 16 hrs/week ### **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** - Registered Dietitian with at least 6 months of clinical or commensurate experience - A minimum of 2 state licenses OR willingness to obtain at least 2 state licenses (RD responsibility) **The ideal candidate has the following:** - Master’s Degree - CDN, CD, LD and/or LDN. Special consideration is given to licenses in the following states: DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, NE, and VT - Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills - Excels at time management and exhibits superior organizational skills - Thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates flexibility and adaptability - Provides and receives constructive feedback in a productive manner - Availability to work 1 evening per week ### **Compensation & Benefits** **Starting Pay:** $45-$55/hr; pay commensurate with experience + 15 minutes of paid charting time (~$56-$68 per patient session) **Benefits for all positions:** - W2 position - Annual wellness and education perk: Up to $1,000/yr - CDR Fee reimbursement - Compensation for bereavement and jury duty - Compensation for no-shows, late cancellations, and non-care delivery hours - Employee Referrals Stipend: $250/employee - Continuing Education Opportunities: Receive CEUs at Grand Rounds - Patient Referral Bonus: $50 paid per patient for their first session - Opportunities for growth: Culina Health Clinical Care Ladder **Full-time benefits:** - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance + FSA - PTO
