BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse, RN for a full time position with our Ocean County Senior Living team - a Medicare Certified home health office. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities throughout Ocean County, NJ.

*This position may also include seeing clients in the traditional home health community setting.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Pay: Weekly

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation:

$57.00-$62.00 per point ($88,920 - $96,720 annual earning potential)
