Job Title: Registered Nurse Division/Program: High Desert Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center Starting Compensation: 38.00 - 40.00 USD Per Hour Working Location: Lancaster, CA Working Hours/Shift: On Call 7 pm - 7:30 pm Why Join Our Team? Employee Recognition & Rewards : A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What you bring to SBHG (qualifications) : Licensure & Certifications Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License Current CPR Certification Current First Aid Certification Valid California Driver's License Education Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Bachelor's degree preferred Experience One (1) year of experience in a mental health care setting working with seriously emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, and adults preferred One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred Ability to successfully pass the facility Medication Test How you will make a difference (job overview): The Registered Nurse is the treatment team member who is responsible for overseeing all nursing duties and related nursing activities for clients. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for the supervision of the nursing department staff assigned to their respective shift. Division/Program Overview: Facility & Setting: 24/7 walk-in outpatient urgent care Clinical Services Rapid mental health evaluations, crisis intervention, and medication support Length of Stay: Short-term stabilization (up to 24 hours) Population Served: Serves up to 12 adults (18 + ) and 6 adolescents (ages 13-17) Learn more about SBHG at : For Additional Information:
