Program Case Loads : Johnson Avenue IRA Setauket IRA Locations : Schedule : Monday through Friday; 10am to 6pm Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities Medication management and medical oversight Oversee training of direct care staff Document medical appointments and medical issues Inform care managers and parents of any medical changes Provide on-call support (telephone only) on a rotational basis Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities ( e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.) Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements . All Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following minimum requirements: NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License Preferred Qualification Requirements ( desired requirements beyond MQRs above) Med/Surg experience Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 annualized for Full time Pro-rated salary annualized for Part time Additional compensation in the form of an experience differential and bonuses All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or status as a Vietnam or disabled veteran.
