Location: Burlington Hospital - 218 A Sunset Rd Remote Type: On-Site Employment Type: Employee Employment Classification: Regular Time Type: Full time Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Total Weekly Hours: 40 Additional Locations: Job Information: We are looking for an experienced Operating Room Nurse New to Virtua hires are eligible for sign on bonus of $15,000 *Minimum of 1 year of experience in specialty is required *2 year commitment Schedule : Full Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday No Overnight or Weekend Call Role Statement: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team. Education: Associate's Degree (includes RN Diploma) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience: 0-1 years required; 2-4 years preferred Licensure/Certification : New Jersey RN licensure, BLS from American Heart Association, and ACLS required; National certification preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required: Successfully completes initial competency verification for clinical area. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English, both oral and written. Ability to handle confidential information. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Preferred: Ability to use problem solving, critical thinking, and priority setting skills. Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations with high degree of accuracy. Organizational Skills Prior Critical Care experience Critical Care Course Physical Effort: Frequent/strenuous physical effort (e.g. heavy lifting, sustained physical effort, extensive carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.) Primary Equipment Used: 1. Standard Office Equipment #RD_N Hourly Rate: $44.61 - $61.97 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
