Department: 02400 GCMG General Surgery: Albemarle - Surgery Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Where You Will Work : Atrium Health General Surgery Albemarle is an outpatient general surgery practice that provides a comprehensive range of surgical services to patients who are 18 and older. Providing high quality care and excellent customer service is our focus. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Ideal nursing candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence, nursing excellence, and adaptability. We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association 1 Year of RN experience preferred What You’ll Do: Monday- Friday 8 am -5 pm Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an ambulatory care setting. As well as collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patient needs, assist with in-office procedures, triage patient phone calls and uphold professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
