Mileage is reimbursed, and a company vehicle may be available. - **A manageable pace.** Organized scheduling, flexible start times, and a team that respects your time. **Compensation & Benefits** - $70.00–$80.00/hour, based on experience - $10,000 sign-on bonus - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) with employer matching - Paid time off (up to 10 days), life insurance, and pet insurance - Company credit card for parking (full-time) - Company-issued iPad **Your Role** - **Manage your caseload:** Perform comprehensive OASIS assessments, including Start of Care, Recertifications, and Discharges - **Provide skilled care:** Administer medications, provide wound care (including wound vacs), and manage IV therapies - **Coordinate care:** Serve as the primary point of contact for physicians and the interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/ST) to keep the plan of care on track - **Educate:** Help patients and families manage their conditions safely at home - **Document:** Complete accurate, timely clinical notes using AI-assisted tools **Requirements** - Current, active California RN license (required). Please include your license number with your application - Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience (required) - Home health experience preferred.
