Up to $12,500 Sign-on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation Assistance available to eligible candidates (see terms below) Terms: 12-month Full-time Employment Contract Required for Sign-On and Relocation Sign-on Eligibility: One (1) year of applicable experience Internal Candidates and Rehires within 12 months are not eligible Relocation Eligibility: Must live 50 miles outside of campus address Rehires that are less than 12 months from separation date are not eligible Schedule: Full-Time Shift: Monday - Friday, 0630-1500 Location: AdventHealth Winter Garden Primary Job Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols. Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care to promote understanding and compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skill set, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and family undergoing stressful procedures and treatments. [Required] Works independently, self-motivated, takes direction from physician and management to complete assignments. [Required] Maintain safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, Immediate use sterilization policy and procedures.
