Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Work Shift: Days/Afternoons (United States of America) Summary of Primary Function The Palliative Registered Nurse functions as the primary nurse for families in the hospital & home setting. He/She is a member of the interdisciplinary team. The competent Registered Nurse sets nursing goals and plans, which demonstrate a holistic approach to patients & families. Mobilizes resources to meet the individualized needs of patients & families. Demonstrates a mastery of clinical skills.
