In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing patient treatment plans, administering medication, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. - Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. - Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Required Skills and Experience: - Active RN license in the state of practice. - 3+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting. - Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience in critical care or emergency department settings. - Certification in ACLS or PALS. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active RN license required.
