At **The Village at Rockville**, a National Lutheran Communities & Services community, we're seeking a dedicated **Evening Shift Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse** to join our nursing team and help create meaningful experiences for the older adults we proudly serve. As an RN Charge Nurse, you'll play a vital leadership role on the evening shift, ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting team members, and fostering a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence. **Schedule:** Full-Time Evening Shift **Compensation:** $44.00 - $57.00 per hour (*Final offer reflects the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background).* ### What You'll Do - Provide leadership and clinical oversight during the evening shift. - Assess resident needs and coordinate individualized care plans. - Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. - Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, GNAs, and other care team members. - Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status. - Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes. - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance. - Serve as a resource, mentor, and role model for nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment. ### What We're Looking For - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland. - Graduate of an accredited nursing program. - Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior care preferred. - Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and critical-thinking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Commitment to providing person-centered care with compassion and professionalism. ### Why Join The Village at Rockville?
