## Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse ### Night Shift | Lead With Compassion. Make an Impact Every Shift. **Schedule:** Full-Time | Night Shift **Pay Range:** $44.00 - $57.00 per hour *(with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.)* The Village at Rockville is seeking an experienced and compassionate **Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse** to join our nursing team on the full-time night shift. This is an opportunity for an RN who enjoys being a hands-on clinical leader, supporting fellow nursing professionals, and helping ensure residents receive exceptional, individualized care. ### What You’ll Do - Lead, support, and mentor the nursing team during the night shift - Help ensure residents consistently receive high-quality nursing care - Coordinate individualized plans of care and participate in care conferences - Oversee admissions, transfers, and discharges - Monitor changes in resident conditions and ensure appropriate documentation and follow-up - Support medication administration and clinical documentation standards - Coordinate staffing assignments based on resident needs - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals - Participate in direct resident care, including medication administration and health assessments, as needed - Help ensure compliance with safety requirements, healthcare regulations, and community policies ### What You Bring - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - 2–3 years of nursing experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting strongly preferred - Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homes and long-term care - Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills - Sound clinical judgment and the ability to make decisions in high-pressure situations - Proficiency with electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office applications ### **Benefits That Support You** We want the people who care for others to feel cared for themselves.
