Job Description Have you ever dream to drive security standards and implementation at a fast paced growing startup in the early stages of expansion ? You will: Lead design and implementation of security standards & necessary controls to protect SmartRecruiters Recommend, trial & implement security monitoring tools at all levels of infrastructure Manage and resolve security incidents and improvements Audit various aspects of organization's security Harden OS and networking configuration Work closely with DevOps team to manage and automate IT infrastructure This offer is for you, if: You like working in a fast-paced, agile environment You want to experience the atmosphere of a startup You are a fan of security, web, technology, and new tech trends You are the type of a person who wants not only to have your ideas heard but see them put into action Qualifications Good command of Linux Scripting and basic programming in Terraform / Ansible & Chef Experience with scripting in Python Knowledge of or at least a strong interest in information security concepts and technologies such as IDS, internet gateways, SIEM, HIDS, NIDS, web application firewalls, and vulnerability management tools. General understanding of AWS / cloud automation Exposure to a Devops with a background in Server Operations or Systems Administration An autonomous / self-managed work style Experience in developing business and operational processes Strong communication skills, with a good understanding of English, both verbal and written Team player with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment Knowledge of Elastic stack is a plus Additional Information SmartRecruiters is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
