**Position Overview:** As a Rehabilitation Specialist, in our **Senior Program** you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive culture and quality of life for the members of Arundel Lodge. Your primary responsibility will be to support individuals in their recovery journeys from mental illness, physical illness, and substance use challenges. ### Job Description **Arundel Lodge** is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a world where behavioral health disorders do not limit individuals from achieving meaningful lives within their communities. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of children, adults, and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders. ### Key Responsibilities: - Provide transportation for clients as needed. - Assist with money management, appointment scheduling, and dietary coaching. - Support daily living activities (ADLs) and teach essential life skills. - Facilitate shopping and cleaning tasks to promote independence. - Driving clients to any appointments and other daily needs - Engage clients in their recovery process and offer compassionate support.
