EXPERIENCE / PR I NC IP A L A CC O U N T A BI LI T I ES : At least 10 y e a r s o f r e l e v a n t b a n k i ng e x p e r i e n ce, with knowledge of bilateral & syndication loans, trade, LBO, structured finance and/or project finance. Industry knowledge (Real Estate, Food & Agri, Transport) preferred, Familiar with KYC / AML / Sanctions requirements and processes. Proven track record in developing bilateral client relationships and serving client needs. To enhance long term relationship returns by cross-selling the Bank’s regional platform and product capabilities. H a n d li ng m i d - t i er t o l a r ge corp o r ate s .Key accountabilities include origination and portfolio management (profitability and credit quality). Responsible for t he e n t i r e c r e di t process fr o m d e al ac q u i s i t i on up t o co n c l us i on. Tasks include evaluating new accounts and credit assessment, structuring credit facilities, loan d o cumen t a t i o n, facility activation and post lending monitoring.
