The role ensures that releases are delivered in a controlled, efficient, and low-risk manner while aligning with both business and technical requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and coordinating application releases across environments.Managing deployment schedules and release calendars.Ensuring proper change management, approvals, and communication.Coordinating between business stakeholders, development teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors.Managing release risks, rollback plans, and production readiness activities.Monitoring post-release activities and ensuring successful implementation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience in release management, change management, or IT service delivery. Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps. ITIL certification is preferred. Job location: Client Site.
