KMG Prestige is seeking a Relocation Coordinator in Charleston, IL at Cougill Senior Apartments who thrives in a fast-paced environment, Lifting and moving furniture, and has excellent customer service skills. The Relocation Coordinator will be responsible for preparing leases for transfers, managing the construction schedule and scheduling moves accordingly, handling tenant notices within URA guidelines, verifying utilities have been transferred, and more. What we are looking for: Superior customer service Strong multi-tasking skills Administrative experience Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
